Free Shipping: We offer free shipping for orders over AED 500 within the UAE.

Standard Shipping Fee: For orders under AED 500, a standard shipping fee of AED 25 will be applied.
4. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, we will process it within 1-2 business days. During sales events or high-demand periods, processing times may take longer, and we will notify you of any delays.
5. Delivery Time
The delivery time varies based on your location:

UAE Orders: 3-7 business days for standard delivery and 1-2 business days for express delivery.

Out of UAE: At this time, we only offer delivery within the UAE.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct address and contact details, to avoid delays in delivery. We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
7. Delivery Attempts
If you are not available to receive your order, our delivery partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts. If they are unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time or process a refund for your order (less shipping fees).

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track the delivery status.
9. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within the United Arab Emirates. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
